Our community is set on seven acres of lush property - 500 foot stretch of premier beachfront on St. Croix, USVI. Our condo offers stunning full views of the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and you are only a short walk onto the palm-lined, white sandy beach.

Our location is perfect for experiencing tropical sunrises from your private balcony or watching the waves break on the nearby reef. When you have had enough sunning, swimming, and snorkeling on the beach, try out our pool or play a game of tennis on one of our courts. There is also a recreation center and laundry area adjacent to the pool.
Historic St. Croix
Our pool is adjacent to a historic 1700's Danish sugar mill, sunning deck, and guest clubhouse – everything you need for your Caribbean vacation !!! Sugar Beach Resort is just 1.5 miles from the quaint historic Danish town of Christiansted, making us an excellent location for exploring the island of St. Croix. For your dining and happy hours, there are two excellent beach restaurants on both sides of the resort.
